I hope your Monday was one for the record books! Ours was. Our radio ad launched today and the phones and website melted. In fact, I heard that we had over 100 people go to voicemail when they called. Not good! I suppose it should have been expected but we were all so focused on the WEBSITE that we didn’t really think about what would happen with the phones. That is what happens when you have never done a radio ad before. So we are digging out of that!
I am making progress on 75% alcohol wipes. Let me know if that is of interest to you and what qty’s you would want/need. There are singles (one wipe per package), 10 per package, and a barrel/tub of 50 or 60 as options. There are other options out there but I decided to start there. Let me know your thoughts.
We stuck an impromptu video I did in my basement out on Facebook last week. It inspired me to do more, so I recorded a few with the help of Chad, our warehouse manager tonight. We will get those out soon and I will let you know about them. One was funny … I hope no one tells me “You can’t post that!” haha .. maybe I will override them if so. Face Masks:
We should be pretty caught up with the original Face Mask orders at this point. As orders come in for the Quick Ship we are getting those out the same day, or next day depending on how busy we are.
Keep in mind, if you order the “Quick Ship” options we almost always ship those SAME DAY, except when we have a flood of orders that overwhelms us. We prioritize “normal” CK orders (Cables, Cisco Hardware, etc) above Safety Supply orders to make sure we don’t disappoint customers that RELY on us to run their businesses or serve their customers.
Also, since we inventory MILLIONS of masks (and have access to unlimited amounts of sanitizer and other items we manufacture), we are able to offer discounts for large volume purchases or for resale. What is a large volume you might ask? Multiple cases, pallets, or truckloads, orders over $10,000, etc. Reply to this email to discuss.

COVID-19 News for Today
- Over 1,537,000 people worldwide have recovered and over 262,000 people in the US have recovered!
- Top federal health officials will be interviewed at a Senate hearing on whether the country is truly ready to reopen — with Anthony S. Fauci, the nation’s top infectious-diseases expert.
- Authorities in the Chinese city of Wuhan plan to test all 11 million residents by the end of next week in a massive push to extinguish any remnants of the virus from the outbreak’s original epicenter.
- After two people in Trump’s orbit tested positive in recent days, most White House officials will be asked to wear masks or face coverings in public spaces. But aides say Trump is unlikely to follow suit.
- Tesla CEO Elon Musk dared officials to arrest him after he defied county orders by reopening a factory in Northern California.
- The Trump administration plans to issue a warning that Chinese hackers are trying to steal information from vaccine researchers, which the Chinese government denies.
- Fauci says it’s “feasible” that the NFL could have a fall season. Elsewhere, the British government gave the English Premier League permission to resume its soccer season — with heavy restrictions.
- Major League Baseball owners will submit a proposal to the players’ union to start its 2020 season in July without fans. If the proposal is approved by the baseball players’ union, Opening Day would take place around July 4 weekend and spring training would start in early to mid-June. Teams would play around 82 games in the regular season compared to the standard 162 games and would only play opponents in their own division or teams in the same geographic area.
