What word comes to mind when you think of CablesAndKits? For me, it is the word “random”. I think it applies very well! You might look at the picture above and think to yourself, “What in the world?” I look at the picture above and think, “Just a typical day at the CK office.” What better way to express our randomness and fun than our version of the social phenom Harlem Shake! It was that special day of the year where there was an abundance of chocolate, love, and flowers everywhere…Valentine’s Day! (Or for all of those singles out there… Singles Awareness Day.) We decided to help “set the mood” in server rooms all across the world with a few of our own CK Valentine’s Day cards, which seemed to be a hit on our Facebook & Twitter pages.

Four of us went to a conference this week in sunny Orlando. We got to hear from some amazing speakers and meet some awesome people, but of course the a trip to Orlando would be crazy without a Disney experience. Our AWESOME Week in Review! – 2.8.2013

This week (actually today) we celebrated the 32nd birthday of Chris, our E-Commerce Director. He tried to let it fly under the radar and not draw much attention to it, but we couldn’t let that happen! I will say this is probably the most random office decorating that I have seen here at CK. It has a little bit of everything, but I have to confess I have no clue what is up with the Little Mermaid head with Micky Mouse ears on it.  That is just kind of creepy. Happy birthday, Chris!

Our AWESOME Week in Review! – 2.1.2013

Today we celebrated the upcoming Super Bowl weekend by having a “Healthy Food” Super Bowl party sponsored by the CK Wellness Team.  There was an AMAZING spread of food including guacamole, salsa, veggies and dip, even a chocolate cupcake with only 105 calories!  On a side note, for those of us who wanted to splurge a bit, there was an awesome buffalo cheese dip as well! Big thanks to the Wellness Team for inspiring the healthy food day!
