No, we’re not eastbound and down. More like greasy side up. (lost?)

Jonathan is one of our Broker Sales guys. There are really only two things you need to know about Jonathan:

1. He doesn’t like soccer (indoor soccer included)
2. He has a motor like the little Energizer Bunny, “He Keeps Going and Going and Going.”

Jonathan, being a team player at CablesAndKits, merrily joined our soccer team. On the field, he is like a pinball. Wherever the ball goes you won’t find him far behind. Trying to teach him a position is like telling your favorite four legged friend not to chase the neighbor’s cat. It’s just not going to happen.

We decided to stick him in “the cage”

When I say “the cage” I mean the goal. Jonathan has finally found his place as a goalie. He defends the goal like yellow jackets defend their nest. You are not getting in his goal box without taking some damage. CablesAndKits.com has a goalie. Now, what to do with the rest of us?

The Light at the End of the Tunnel

Imagine being trapped in a pitch black cave with a headlamp that is running low on batteries. Now add a soccer ball to the mix and nine other gentlemen.  You now have the CablesAndKits.com soccer team, but this all changes in game four. We found the back of the net 10 times and found a “goalie.” We still managed to lose 10-20 but we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are becoming a fearless machine. Our individual and team performance has improved dramatically from our first game, and we are only halfway through the season.

I am not a betting man, but I bet game five will be CnK’s first victory.
